Eric - Facilities Coordinator

Eric is a Forest Grove, Oregon native and the great-grandson of Ruth Kyle, whose family’s legacy continues through this Rockaway Beach property. Having grown up visiting the Oregon Coast, he developed a lasting appreciation for its natural beauty and the family traditions that make it a special place to gather. He is a graduate of Forest Grove High School and proudly served as a CH-46E Sea Knight Crew Chief in the United States Marine Corps.

Following his military service, Eric returned to Oregon, where he spent many years farming before continuing his career in public service with Washington County. His diverse background has instilled a strong work ethic and a commitment to maintaining the property so guests can enjoy a safe, comfortable, and memorable stay while exploring Rockaway Beach and the Oregon Coast.

Outside of hosting, Eric enjoys riding dirt bikes, working as a shade-tree mechanic, and spending time at the beach with his family.
